The Loyal Order of Moose is a fraternal and service organization that was founded in 1888 and now has about 800,000 members in 1,800 lodges in all 50 states, Canada, Great Britain and Bermuda.
Moose International supports the operation of Mooseheart Child City & School, a 1,000-acre community for children and teenagers in Illinois, and Moosehaven, a Florida community for retired Moose. Lodges conduct approximately $50 million worth of additional community service annually, according to the organization’s website.
